Following their 2017 Quiet Ferocity tour in Auckland, Australian indie-rock superstars The Jungle Giants will be hitting the Auckland stage once again, bringing their latest 'Used To Be In Love' tour to Auckland's The Studio this October.

This four-piece band from Brisbane drew rave reviews when they played their first-ever sold-out show in Auckland last year. Renowned for their energetic live sets filled with charging dance hooks and contagious scream-your-lungs-out choruses, The Jungle Giants became one of the firm favourites on Radio Hauraki.

Two Auckland-based acts join the bill with alternative pop four-piece The Leers announced today, along with female indie-pop artist, Being.

The Jungle Giants defied expectations with their career-high third album 'Quiet Ferocity' as it landed on the seventh spot on Triple J listener's Top 10 Albums of 2017. Alongside Kendrick Lamar, Gang Of Youths and Lorde, the band dominated this year's Triple J Hottest 100 with four songs coming from the album: 'Used To Be In Love' at no. 59, 'Bad Dream' at no. 57, 'On Your Way Down' at no. 50 and 'Feel The Way I Do' at no. 16.

The band's collective catalogue—consisting of three albums and two EP's—has racked up more than 70 million streams worldwide, with 'Used To Be In Love' fast approaching to seven million streams on Spotify. Apart from their New Zealand trip, The Jungle Giants had recently traversed the globe, playing in LA, New York, Toronto, Austin, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. They've also performed in countless festivals including Groovin The Moo, Splendour In The Grass and the Falls Festival.

Book your tickets fast and witness The Jungle Giants hit the Auckland stage with a thump this October!
