This program is designed to lift business continuity and to optimise smart business practices.
Workshop presenters will work with SMEs to apply explicit tools, measures, and information
that amplify best use of their policies and procedures in the workplace.
This is a series of 6 half day workshops. A presenter will set pre course homework that
participants will complete 1 week before participants arrive in the classroom.
Eligibility
- Have less than 50 full time employees
- Have a NZBN
- SME Trading history of two years is a minimum requirement
- Must register on the Regional Business Partner Platform
- Must be the business owner or person in a key management role in the business
- We encourage two participants attending per business where possible
- This is an interactive workshop. All participants will have weekly takeaway homework
requiring explicit information from an SMEs specific business situation.
- Minimum 10 participants per workshop to a maximum of 20 participants
Cost - Priced per person for full six weeks $2,671.90 pro-rata per workshop $445.32
- 75% or $2003.92 of the cost met by the Regional Business Partner program and
- 25% or $667.97 balance to be met by the business
