**Join us for the world premiere of a new documentary filmed right here in Whakatū Nelson!**
"Ben & bEartha" is a 40-minute documentary following the highs and lows of a passionate community of composters as they attempt to tackle the issue of food waste going to landfill. Their solution? A composting machine called bEartha and a community-scale approach that produces beautiful, living soil.

**The launch of Climate Action Week**
This evening is also the launch night of Climate Action Week, the Nelson Tasman Climate Forum's invitation to walk the talk and engage in action to slow down climate change. We'll learn about the many events planned for the week ahead and our guest speakers will officially launch the week.

6.30pm: doors open
• Join us in the foyer for a market vibe with stalls promoting local groups working in the fields of conservation, sustainability, food gardening and community resilience. We'll enjoy live piano music and simple finger food snacks.
• We'll move through to the theatre for the official launch of Climate Action Week by our guest speakers.
• We'll stay seated for the world premiere of "Ben & bEartha"! The documentary is 40 minutes long and will be followed by a Q&A session with the directors, Ben Bushell, and panel guests. Bring all your compost nerd questions, your thoughts about our region's climate-focused responsibilities, and your own ideas for creating a truly resilient future for Nelson Tasman.
