This is a one-off dance workshop led by Michael Parmenter.
Improvising in triple time: Valse et Mazurka
Come along and learn the basic moves for these two timeless partner dances as well as techniques for building connection with your partner and the music, and pointers for improvisation and variations. We will be re-visiting the basics of the Waltz and the Mazurka and advancing into more intermediate figures.
