Deep play is an Intermediate/advanced yoga class that allows time for a more in-depth exploration of asana, philosophy, meditation and a nourishing savasana. With a longer class format, there is time for a more thorough warm-up which in turn allows for greater opportunity for success and breakthroughs when working on challenging poses. A must for any yoga lover! Not suitable if you are beginner, injured or pregnant.
Josh Borella is a senior teacher trained in the Anusara Lineage of yoga, with 7 years teaching at Grassroots and 10 years in the USA prior to his arrival in NZ. His classes are a powerful mix of soulful presence, intelligent sequencing and physical challenge.
We start on time please aim to arrive 10 min before class start time to be settled on your mat.
