Taught progressively over six weeks, by experienced facilitator Cara Butler. This course will offer you and your baby the opportunity to interact and be active together on the yoga mat, as well as making new friends within a community of new mums.

By modifying and working our yoga postures around our babies, this class will focus on reconditioning your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, stretching and strengthening your back, releasing tension from your neck & shoulders alongside creating the opportunity to relax and restore your whole body and mind.

We will address the common postnatal changes in your body that need to be considered as you begin to engage again in more physical activities. Mums & Bubs Yoga is appropriate for all levels of Yoga experience and is the perfect way to begin a Yoga practice or reconnect with an existing one! Women enjoy the opportunity to learn and share in a supportive environment.

Meets Mondays for 6 weeks at 11.15-12.15.
Cara has practiced yoga through her own two pregnancies and completed a 100hr Pre & Postnatal Training with Bliss Baby Yoga in 2017, she has run the Women's Health Programme at Grassroots since 2016, guiding women on their journey of pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.

She has completed two 200hr Teacher Trainings, a one-on-one 3 month Mentorship program with Katie Lane, facilitated post natal and pelvic floor workshops for teachers and has trained with the worlds best teachers, including Donna Farhi, Marc Holzman, Ross Rayburn, Lisa Fitzpatrick and many more.

Currently registered with Yoga Alliance as 200hr ERYT, 100hr RPYT, YACEP.
